About Me

We spend one third of our life at work. I believe we inevitably bring our whole selves, so here’s a little more about who and what I’m bringing.

I’m a senior design leader and strategist with over two decades of experience helping teams imagine, shape, and ship thoughtful digital products. I’ve led design and product engagements across startups, non-profits, and enterprise organizations, shaping everything from early product vision to launch-ready experiences. I’ve worn many hats along the way—from hands-on product designer to executive-level team leader. I specialize in guiding complex, ambiguous projects from early vision through execution, bringing clarity to chaos and helping cross-functional teams collaborate with focus, trust, and momentum.

I’m currently the co-founder of Starling Labs, a boutique design and engineering studio where I partner with founders, product teams, and growing organizations to build digital experiences that delight users and work for the business.

Before Starling, I spent over a decade at Carbon Five, where I was the first in-house designer and eventually served as Director of Design, until we were acquired by West Monroe. Along the way I’ve helped bring new ideas to life for MasterClass, Chime, Cisco, the Ad Council and more. I love getting into the weeds with teams to figure out what's needed, what's in the way, and how to move forward with clarity. I’m as comfortable sketching early concepts as I am guiding execs through ambiguity, and I care about building team health as a foundation for great work. I’m passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, improving how teams work together, and creating environments where people can thrive and do their best thinking.

Outside of work, I’m a mother and professional jazz vocalist. Both endeavors require plenty of creativity, improvisation and empathy — and remind me how much curiosity, and connection fuel my work and life. Whether I’m exploring a new idea, leading a workshop, or stepping on a stage, I try to bring those qualities into everything I do.
