I believe we inevitably bring our whole selves, so here’s a little more about who and what I’m bringing.
For more than 20 years, I've helped organizations ship digital products and navigate complex, ambitious projects from early vision through execution. My work spans product strategy, systems-thinking and UX/UI design across startups, non-profits, and enterprise organizations. I’ve worn many hats along the way, from hands-on designer to C-suite whisperer, and I love helping teams get to clarity, build trust, and reach the performing part of the forming → storming → norming cycle.
I’m currently the co-founder of Starling Labs, a boutique design and engineering studio. I work directly with my clients and also partner with founders, product teams, and growing organizations to build digital experiences that delight users and work for the business.

A (serious) side pursuit
Outside of work, I’m a mother and professional jazz vocalist. Both endeavors require plenty of creativity, improvisation and empathy — and remind me how much curiosity, and connection fuel my work and life. Whether I’m exploring a new idea, leading a workshop, or stepping on a stage, I try to bring those qualities into everything I do. I regularly perform professionally and I’ve learned tons about collaboration, leading groups, persuasion and making connections on the fly from my experience on stage.
